Following the conclusion of an open tender, SingularLogic Integrator SA signed an agreement for the implementation of a project entitled "Streamlining of the Civil Servants Pension Fund's IT System" amounting to ?727,759.26 (including VAT).
The Civil Servants Pension Fund (MTPY) is a special government fund that manages the supplementary pension rights of public servants. The project involves the deployment of an Integrated IT System which will aim at upgrading the quality of services provided to Fund members, enhancing portfolio management efficiency in order to maximise return on capital, and supporting decision-making on an administrative level through reliable financial, demographic, statistical etc, data.
Specifically, the system shall include the provision of standardised applications such as ERP and CRM, the development of special applications such as e-Protocol System, Dividend Regulation System, Granting and Management of Payments / Revenues, as well as a multitude of services which involve systems supply with active data, migration of this data to new processes, user training and support during the period of pilot and productive operation.
This project, through the application of state-of-the-art IT methodologies and technologies, will give SingularLogic Integrator the opportunity to contribute significantly to the upgrading and effective operation of the Fund's services and its introduction to the e-government era.
