PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A. informs the investment public, that in compliance with article 16 of C.L. 2190/1920, as well as the article 291 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and in execution of the decision of the Company's Board of Directors No. 695/10.06.2008, the Company shall proceed to the sale at most of eighty two thousand six hundred and seventy (82.670) own shares, from June 12, 2008 until October 07, 2008, at a sale price not lower than one Euro and fifty cents (1,50 euro).
