HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces, according to article 10 of the L. 3340/2005, that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 23.5.2008, decided the addition to the Board of Directors of one additional member and elected Mr. Narkisos B. Georgiadis as a new member of the Board of Directors, without altering the independent non-executive members, Mr. Michalis I. Kolakidis and Mr. Rigas D. Tzelepoglou. The new Board of Directors, which held a session the same day was reconstituted in a body, and unanimously appointed as executive members, Mr. Christos I. Accas, Mr. Ioannis C. Akkas, Mr. Narkisos B. Georgiadis and as non-executive members, Mr. Michalis I. Kolakidis, Mr. Georgios I. Accas, and Mr. Rigas D. Tzelepoglou.
Moreover, the BoD unanimously elected as President Mr Christos I. Accas, as vice president, Mr. Michalis I. Kolakidis, as Managing Director, Mr. Ioannis C. Akkas and as Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Narkisos B. Georgiadis.
The duration of term for the new BoD remains the same and will be until the first session of the Board of Directors, which will be elected from the General Meeting that will be convened to approve the Balance Sheet of the fiscal year 01/01-31/12/2008, during the first six-month period of the year 2009.
