According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports:
- Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company on July 22nd, 2008 acquired 729 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 4,957.20. Additionally, on July 23rd, Mr. Athanassoglou acquired 1,637 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 11,358.04.
- Mr. Athanasios Papaspiliou, General Manager and Executive Member of the BoD of the company, on July 22nd, 2008 acquired 6,475 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 44.468,64. Additionally, on July 23rd, Mr. Papaspiliou acquired 16,025 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 111,412.02.
