Further to the publication of Financial Calendar 2008 on 31 March 2008, AXON HOLDINGS S.A., in the context of its obligations pursuant to Article 292 of the Rulebook of Athens Stock Exchange, hereby informs its shareholders and investors that the 23rd of July 2008 is set as cut-off date regarding the return of the share capital amount decided by the Ordinary General Meeting of the company's shareholders as at 19 May 2008. The 30th of July 2008 is set as payment effective date regarding such amount.
