According to article 2 par. 2e of the Capital Market Commission's Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, the Company announces that on July 18, 2008 Ms Alexandra Thanou resigned from her duties as internal auditor.
After the above resignation the Company s Internal Audit Department has the following structure : Mr Pantelis Rigas (Manager), Ms Christina Exarchou (Auditor).
