According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports that Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company:
- On June 20th , 2008 acquired 1,249 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 8,920.88
- On June 23rd , 2008 acquired 5,800 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 41,185
- On June 24th , 2008 acquired 16,500 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 115,040.
- On June 20th , 2008 acquired 1,249 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 8,920.88
- On June 23rd , 2008 acquired 5,800 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 41,185
- On June 24th , 2008 acquired 16,500 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 115,040.
