EUROMEDICA SA, pursuant to article 2 of decision 5/204/2000 of the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, and further to its announcement of 16-04-2008, hereby informs investors that it has withdrawn its expression of interest in acquiring shares in the following companies: "MEDICOM SYSTEMS SA, "ATHENS EUROCLINIC" and "PAIDON EUROCLINIC SA" of the Eureko BV Group through a tendering process undertaken by the said group.
