Forthnet S.A. (the "Company") announces in accordance with the Law 3340/2005 (article 13), the HCMC Decision 3/347/2005, as well as the Law 3556/2007 and the HCMC Decision 1/434/3.07.2007 that Forgendo Ltd, a legal entity related to Forthnet's BoD Members Mr. Deepak Srinivas Padmanabhan and Mr. Saviour Portelli, notified on the 22th of June 2008 the Company of the acquisition of 300,000 common registered shares in the Company, with a total value of 1,608,000.00 euro, which took place on the 20th of June 2008.
