Announcement
"EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A.", as Societe Anonyme, listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, announces that - according to Article 10, para. 1 of the Law 3340/2005, as well as to article 2, para. 2, of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05, issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - it intends to transfer to the company "CREDIT AGRICOLE LEASING" 3.400.000 shares of the company Emporiki Leasing S.A., which represents its participation percentage of 20%.
Αccording to the agreement to be signed by both parts, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. has the right, within two years from the transfer date, either to transfer an additional percentage up to 30% of Emporiki Leasing share capital, or to purchase the percentage of 20%, transferred before.
After the necessary procedure will have been completed, regarding the related transfer, we will inform you with a final announcement.
