Bank of Cyprus ('the Bank') announces that Mr Michalis Sarris has today resigned from his position as member of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
The Board of Directors will examine the issue at its upcoming scheduled meeting on 28 May 2008, in line with the Articles of Association of the Bank.
