The Company under the trade name HERACLES General Cement Co., in compliance with provisions of article 19 par. 2 of L. 3356/2007 and Exchange Regulation, and in view of the convention of the Annual Ordinary General Assembly, which will take place on Friday, 27th June 2008, informs the investors that the amendment's draft of the Company's Articles of Association together with the amendments, completion, abolition and new numbering of the provisions and the Articles of Association, as well as the formation in unified text is available in the Company's site www.aget.gr {also in the Athens Exchange website www.athex.gr}
The amendment's draft includes the harmonization of the Company's Articles of Association with the provision of l. 2190/1920, as amended by l. 3604/2007, extension of Company's duration and amendment of the Company's object in order to include production, sale, resale and trading of any kind of energy, including energy generated from renewable sources, the production, elaboration and trading of biofuels and derivative products; the design, development, construction, operation, maintenance and administration of installations and systems for the attainment of above objects, the preparation of electromechanical, technical, financial, environmental and other relevant studies in relation to the above activities.
