According to article 279 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company "Minoan Lines S.A" announces that during the Annual Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on June 8th, 2008 it was decided to distribute a dividend of 0.05 euro per share for the fiscal year 2007.
Eligible to receive dividend payment are the company's shareholders at the end of the trading session of the ATHEX on Thursday, July 24th, 2008. From Friday, July 25th, 2008 the company's shares will be traded in the ATHEX with no right for dividend for the year 2007.
Dividend payment will commence on Monday, August 4th 2008 from the paying bank "National Bank of Greece S.A." to the beneficiaries as follows:
1. Through the operators in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) according to article 329 of the ATHEX Regulation and article 39 of the DSS Operation Regulation in which more detailed information can be provided.
2. Through the branch network of National Bank of Greece S.A., for the shareholders who have asked the exception of their operator in the DSS or who hold their shares in the special account at the DSS,
3. For the beneficiaries, who for several reasons, have not been able to collect their dividend through their operators, dividends may be collected through the branch network of ?National Bank of Greece S.A." from August 4th 2008.
In the cases 2 and 3, shareholders must announce their code number in the Dematerialised Securities System and present their identification card, either in person or through an authorized representative till August 4th, 2009. After that date (August 4th, 2009), each beneficiary, not having collected the dividend will be able to collect it only at the company's central offices.
