Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A., announces that the at today's Annual General Meeting the Company's shareholders elected a new Board of Directors for a three year term expiring, at the latest, on the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting for 2011. Further to elections held during the first meeting of the Board of Directors after its election, the Board comprises of the following directors:
