The Company I KATHIMERINI SA ("the Company") announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 in conjunction with the decision no. 1/434/3.07.07 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Alexandros Papachelas son of Aristomenis, Executive Member of the BoD of the Company and Executive Editor of the newspaper "I KATHIMERINI" published by the Company, (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 22/07/08 to the purchase of 26.400 common shares of the Company of total value 154.704 euros
