In accordance with article 4 par. 4 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the EU Committee and the article 16 par. 5 of the law 2190/1920 the Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A. announces that, following the decisions of its Annual General Assembly (on 19.06.2008), acquired own shares, through the ASE member EUROXX AEΠΕΥ, as follows:
1. On 21.07.2008 the Company acquired, for an average price of 15.22 euro per share, 1,350 shares, of total value 20,542.86 euro.
2. On 22.07.2008 the Company acquired, for an average price of 15.13 euro per share, 1,195 shares, of total value 18,078.43 euro.
In total the Company holds, 8.599 shares representing 0.026% of its issued share capital.
