AXON S.A. HOLDING COMPANY would like to inform its shareholders and investors that it proceeded to the ratification of the Articles of Incorporation of "AXON FINANCE S.A. FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES". The new company aims at providing financial and advisory services, with special attention to Investment Banking Services.
The aforementioned company is seated in the Municipality of Chalandri, Attica, and its initial Share Capital is fixed at three hundred thousand Euros (300,000), divided into thirty thousand (30,000) nominal shares with a nominal value of ten (10) Euros each.
AXON S.A. HOLDING COMPANY participates in the new company with a 60% quota share, while the Managing Director of AXON S.A. HOLDING COMPANY, Mr. Doumanoglou Panagiotis participates in the remaining 40%.
The Board of Directors is composed of the following persons:
