Acquisition of a retail property in Nis, Serbia

In line with the Company's investment strategy to further expand its investment portfolio, Eurobank Properties REIC (through its local subsidiary) acquired a retail property, located in the most popular commercial street in the centre of Nis. The said property consists of a retail building with total area of 653.20sqm. In parallel with the acquisition, the property was leased to a well known fashion retailer for a period of 10 years with an optional 5 year extension. The total acquisition price including taxes amounted to 2.1 euro m. The transaction was financed through equity and bank debt of the subsidiary company. The market value as estimated by the Body of Sworn-In Valuers of Greece (SOE) is 2.2 euro m. This acquisition is in line with Eurobank Properties REIC strategy to strengthen its presence in countries like Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine, through selective and careful investments in the office, retail, logistics and industrial sectors in prime locations, taking into consideration the prevailing market conditions.
