MICHANIKI according the article 16 of the Law 2190/20, the implementation-since 22.06.2007- of the decision of the regular General Assembly of the shareholders of the company and of the decision -since 10.07.2007- of the extraordinary General Assembly of the shareholders of the company and after the decision of the Board of Directors on 11/07/2007 notifies that has completed the Buy Back program.
More specific, the company proceeded on the purchase of 584,567 common own shares with the average price of 6.12 euros. The abovementioned own shares represent 0.87% of the participial capital of the company.
