Within the framework of article 19 of law 3556/2007 and with regard to the forthcoming annual General Meeting of the 8th June 2008 Minoan Lines announces, to its shareholders and any other interest party that in the subject AGM, or at the Repeat Ordinary General Meeting that will take place on Sunday, 22nd June 2008, among others the amendment of company's Articles of Association in order to comply with law 2190/20 and law 3604/2007 will be proposed. The amendment should be read in conjunction with the invitation of the annual General Meeting which has been posted on Minoan Lines' web site (www.minoan.gr) and the A.S.E. web site (www.ase.gr).
