HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that, pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 and to the Law 3340/2005 (article 13) and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, CEO of HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A., on June 19, 2008, bought 2,300 common shares of the Company, with total value of euro 25,204.97 and on June 20, 2008, bought 666 common shares of the Company, with total value of euro 7,267.71.
