According to the 2nd paragraph of article 19 of the law 3556-07 we inform you analytically for the proposal of the board of directors to the General Assembly of Shareholders of company which will take place on June 30 2008, that concerns in the modification of the articles of partnership of the company and particularly article 5 about share capital.
In the fifth subject of agenda is proposed the cancellation of 107.800 own shares that the company has purchased with corresponding reduction of share capital. The sum of reduction will be 78.694, 00 Euros, that is to say the number of shares that will be cancelled multiply the nominal value of share, (107.800 shares multiply 0,73 Euros per share).
The total cost of purchase of own shares amounted in 54.810, 59 Euros. The difference of the reduction of share capital, minus the cost of acquisition, amounted 23.883, 41 Euros will increase the equity capital of the company.
