Following our announcement dated 08.05.2008, through which the proposed for approval by the General Assembly of 08.05.2008 amendments of the Article of Association were communicated, in order for the Article of Association to be compatible with the provisions of Law 3604/2007, we announce that said amendments, following relevant remarks by the Ministry of Development that resulted in the syntactical restatement of articles 8§1, 9§1, 15§1, 17§3 of the Article of Association, have been approved by resolution Κ2-6099/26.5.2008 of the Minister of Development.
