On June 4th 2008, Mr. Antonis Maniadakis informed our company that his voting rights have changed. More specifically, on June 2, 2008 the voting rights of Mr. Antonis Maniadakis shaped at 12.03% or 8,530,092 shares in his (Mr Maniadakis) capacity as an attorney, for the annual general meeting on June 8th 2008.
