Bank of Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of Cyprus Law L.190(I)/2007 and Greek Law L.3556/2007, in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Greek Capital Markets Commission, notifies that Theodoros Aristodimou (Chairman of the Board of Directors), bought on 28 May 2008, 37.124 Bank of Cyprus shares at the Cyprus Stock Exchange and 70.000 Bank of Cyprus shares at the Athens Exchange for a total value of euro 889.829.
