SANYO HELLAS HOLDING SA increase its participation in Exelixi Investment Public Ltd
In accordance to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and to article 2 of decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of CMC, SANYO HELLAS HOLDING SA announces that on 27/05/2008 acquired 600.000 shares of the listed in Cyprus Stock Excange Exelixi Investment Public Ltd shares (7,72% of its share capital) for an amount of 256.200 euros.
Following the above acquisition, SANYO HELLAS HOLDING SA increasing its participation in Exelixi Investment Public Ltd from 62,28% to 70%.
