Notification on regulated information according to Law 3556/2007
SingularLogic S.A. ("the Publisher") announces in accordance to Law 3356/2007, Law 3340/2005, Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and Circular 33 of the CMC that "Greek Information Technology Holdings SA" (legal connected entity which is connected with person who exercises executive duties, Mr. Kyriakos Mageiras member of BOD of the Publisher, that the Company sold on 27.05.2008, 9.517.948 common shares, with a total value of 21.891.280,40 euro.
Following the above, "GREEK INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS SA" announced to the CMC and the Publisher that its percentage of ownership in common stock and voting rights towards the share capital of the Publisher amounts to 0% from 21,92%.
This announcement is regulated information in accordance to Law 3340/2005 and published in accordance to Law 3556/2007 (articles 19-21) and the 1/434/3.7.2007 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (CMC) and is published on the Publisher's web site.
Following the above, "GREEK INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS SA" announced to the CMC and the Publisher that its percentage of ownership in common stock and voting rights towards the share capital of the Publisher amounts to 0% from 21,92%.
