In accordance to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and to article 2 of decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of CMC, SANYO HELLAS HOLDING SA announces that on 28/05/2008 sold its participation of 15,93% in Voicenet SA to OTEnet SA for an amount of 1.300.000 Euros. Following the above sell, SANYO HELLAS HOLDING SA does not further participate in Voicenet's SA. share capital.
