Notification on regulated information according to Law 3556/2007
SingularLogic S.A. ("the Publisher") announces in accordance to Law 3356/2007, Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and Circular 33 of the CMC that "KOUMBAS HOLDING SA",that the Company acquired on 27.05.2008, 2.870.757 common shares.
Following the above, "KOUMBAS HOLDING SA" announced to the CMC and the Publisher that its percentage of ownership in common stock and voting rights towards the share capital of the Publisher amounts to 13,33% from 5,74%. Of the aforementioned percentage, a) percentage 12,33% corresponds to 5.367.757 shares and voting rights directly owned by "KOUMBAS HOLDING SA" and b) percentage 1,00% corresponds to 433.226 voting rights indirectly owned through its subsidiary "EUROBROKERS SA".
This announcement is published in accordance to Law 3556/2007 (articles 19-21) and the 1/434/3.7.2007 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (CMC) and is published on the Publisher's web site.
