The company SELONDA SA informs the investment community that in the financial statements of 31st December 2007, the BoD remuneration and Distribution of Earnings to employees, of the Group and Company, amounting to 300,000 euro and 500,000 euro respectively, have not charged the results of 2007, as such refer to distribution of 2006 earnings and were subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting. Therefore, the aforementioned amounts directly reduced the Net Position of the Group and Company respectively, while the results of 2007 appear respectively equally increased. Given that the aforementioned remuneration charged the results of the period ended on 31/12/2007 as defined by IAS, the results before taxes at the group and company level would be 7,346,911 euro and 6,636,855.23 euro respectively compared to the published 8,146,911.02 euro and 7,436,855.23 euro and the results after taxes at the group and company level would be 4,003,805.25 euro and 4,471,482.79 euro respectively compared to the published 4,803,805.25 euro and 5,271,482.79 euro.
The net position of the Group and Company is not affected by the aforementioned change.
The company from fiscal year 2008 will charge the results with the aforementioned remuneration.
