SingularLogic SA ("the Publisher") announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and Circular 33 of the CMC that Mrs.Aggeliki Frangou announce to the CMC and the Publisher on 29.05.2008, that she acquired on 27.05.2008 common shares and her percentage of ownership in common stock and voting rights towards the share capital of the Publisher amounts to 10,68%.
Of the aforementioned percentage, a)percentage 0,02% corresponds to 7.288 shares and voting rights directly owned by Mrs.Aggeliki Frangou and b)percentage 10,66% corresponds to 4.640.977 voting rights indirectly owned through "GLOBAL EQUITY INVESTMENTS SA" which she controls. Before the above - mentioned transaction Mrs.Aggeliki Frangou possessed percentage below the minimum limit.
