According to the article 16, par.3 of the L.3556/2007, SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that on May 27, 2008 the Company issued, a five-year common bond loan, following the decision of the Board of Directors dated on May 20, 2008. It concerns a common not convertible bond loan amounting to 50.000.000 Euros. The loan structured by Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A., and participates also Emporiki Bank Cyprus Ltd. The loan will be used for the refinancing of existing short-term debt with more favorable terms.
