The Company announces that the Annual General Assembly of its Shareholders, held on Friday, May 30 2008, approved the distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2007 amounting to euro 0.66 per share.
The dividend is free from taxes according to the Law 2238/94 as it was modified and stands.
Eligible for the dividend are the Shareholders of the Company at the end of the Athens Exchange trading session of 17.06.2008. From 18.06.2008, the shares will trade ex-dividend.
The dividend payment will commence on Thursday, June 26, 2008 through the branch network of PIRAEUS BANK.
