With regard to press announcements according to the acquisition of the company Lapin House by a company of the Folli Follie group, we wish to clarify, that as we have already announced to the investment community, that managers of the Folli Follie group are already in advanced negotiations with basic shareholders of the above mentioned company. Based on this, the parties involved are steering towards the signing of a preliminary agreement the terms of which will define the final agreement.
We point out that, the terms of the preliminary agreement are under negotiation and have not yet been finalized. In case that the agreement will be concluded, the terms will be immediately available to the investment community.
