(the "Company") announces in accordance with the Law 3340/2005 (article 13), the HCMC Decision 3/347/2005, as well as the Law 3556/2007 and the HCMC Decision 3/347/2005 that Mr. Deepak Srinivas Padmanabhan, Vice- President and Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, person subject to the Notification obligation of art.13, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005, notified on the 10th of July 2008 the Company of the acquisition of 4,000 common registered shares in the Company, with a total value of 16,880 euro, which took place on the 10th of July 2008
