The Company I KATHIMERINI SA ("the Company") announces that on 04/07/2008 Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos, Managing Director of the Company (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought 596 common shares of the Company with a total value of euro 3.257,57.
Prior to the above purchase Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos owned 3.854.000 common shares of the 17.000.000 total common shares of the Company and 22,67% of the Company's voting rights.
Following the above transaction Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos owns 3.854.596 common shares and 22,67% οf the Company?s voting rights.
