HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A., pursuant to articles 3, 21, law 3556/2007, announces that, in accordance with article 13, law 3340/2005 and the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no. 3/347/07.12.2005, Mr. Papageorgiou Fotios, Attorney of the Bank, notified that on July, 8th, 2008, proceeded in transaction by selling 1,300 common Bank`s stocks. The value of transaction is 12,740 euros.
