SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on July 15, 2008, HATZIOANNOU A.B.E.E., a related legal entity with the Vice President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Mr. Savvas Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 270,385 common shares, with a total net value of 510,869.00 euro.
