S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces in accordance with article 4 par.4 of Commission Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Communities, that the Company has proceeded to the purchase of own shares, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 14th May 2008 and the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 8th April 2008, as follows :
1) On 1.7.2008, the Company purchased 3,408 shares, with an average purchase price Euro 9.52 per share and a total purchase price Euro 32,447.
2) On 2.7.2008, the Company purchased 1,850 shares, with an average purchase price Euro 9.31 per share and a total purchase price Euro 17,231.
3) On 3.7.2008, the Company purchased 1,000 common shares, with an average purchase price Euro 9.16 per share and a total purchase price Euro 9,160.
4) On 4.7.2008, the Company purchased 3,200 common shares, with an average purchase price Euro 9.32 per share and a total purchase price Euro 29,823.08.
The above 9,458 shares in total, were purchased through Alpha Finance, with an average purchase price Euro 9.37 per share.
