The company ANEK LINES S.A. announces according to art. 13 par 1 L. Ν. 3340/2005, that the company SAINES HOLDINGS S.A., associated with Mr. Ioannis J. Vardinoyannis, Managing Director of ANEK LINES S.A. purchased a) 20.000 ordinary shares of a total value of euro 33.156,81 on the 25th of July 2008, b) 70.000 ordinary shares of a total value of euro 116.048,75 on the 28th of July 2008, c) 23.000 ordinary shares of a total value of euro 37.229,38 on the 29th of July 2008. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. No. 1/434/03.07.2007.
