According to the article 16, par.3 of the L.3556/2007, SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that on July 7, 2008 the Company issued, an eighteen-year common bond loan, following the decision of the Board of Directors dated on June 24, 2008. It concerns a common not convertible bond loan amounting to euro 50.000.000. The loan was structured by Alpha Bank S.A. The loan will be used for the refinancing of existing short-term debt with more favorable terms.
