Provision Clarifications
MICHANIKI SA, aiming at the full harmonization of the published in the press Financial Data and Information of the period 01.01.2008-31.03.2008 with the provisions of the decision 6/448/11.10.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, provides the additional information for the investors declaring that on 31.03.2008:
i) No provision was made for disputes under litigation as well as pending court decisions.
ii) The amount of the provision for the fiscal years not audited for tax purposes comes up to 1,939 thousand Euros and 919 thousand Euros accumulatively for the Group and the Company respectively.
iii) The other provisions accumulatively made for the Group and the Company come up to 1,205 thousand and 928 thousand Euros respectively.
- The above provisions were also made during the previous fiscal years and were borne by the results and the equity of the Group and the Company.
- The above clarifications have no impact whatsoever on the published results and the net position of the Group and the Company for the period 01.01.2008-31.03.2008.
