The company announces that the Annual General Meeting of 19/06/2008 approved the distribution of dividend for the company yare 2007 of euro 3.294.687,50, namely 0,10 euro per share. Beneficiaries of the dividend are shareholders of the company on the 16th of July 2008 and payment of the divident will commence on the 25th of July 2008 through Pireaus Bank.
