Altec SA informs the investing community that according to the Article 7, par. 3 of Law 3016/2002 the BoD on the 7/7/2008, has appointed Mr. Polimou Nikolao as Head of the Internal Audit Department of the company in place of Ms. Tsakiri Marilena.
