According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports that Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company:
- On July 9th , 2008 acquired 2,880 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 20,037.20
- On July 10th , 2008 acquired 3,826 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 26,366.36
- On July 11th , 2008 acquired 14,980 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 102,156.
- On July 9th , 2008 acquired 2,880 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 20,037.20
- On July 10th , 2008 acquired 3,826 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 26,366.36
