The company "I KATHIMERINI SA", according to Law 3340/2005 in conjunction with the decision no. 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as with the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, as they are in force, announces that on 29/07/08 proceeded to the purchase of 1.900 registered shares of the Company "EUROPE SA PRESS DISTRIBUTION AGENCY" ("the Company") from the company "PRESS INSTITUTE INC".
Following the above transaction the voting rights of the company "I KATHIMERINI SA" raised from 21% to 24,80%.
