According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports that Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company:
- On June 30th , 2008 acquired 13,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 91,659
- On July 1st , 2008 acquired 1,838 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 12,865.24
- On July 2nd , 2008 acquired 20,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 139,006.
- On June 30th , 2008 acquired 13,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 91,659
- On July 1st , 2008 acquired 1,838 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 12,865.24
- On July 2nd , 2008 acquired 20,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 139,006.
