The Management of “Hellenic Fabrics S.A.”, following the announcements of 31^st of March 2014 and 30^th May 2014, announces that a Balance Sheet restructuring programme is still under way in cooperation with the lending Banks, and has not been completed yet.  It was, therefore, not feasible to complete and publish the Annual Financial Report of FY 2013, as well as the interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2014 in time.

Due to the above, it is not possible for the Regular General Shareholders' Meeting, convened for June 30^th, 2014, to discuss and take decisions on items nr 1 and 2 of the agenda. It has already been announced to the Company that shareholders holding more than 5% of the Company's share capital, according to the provisions of the law and the Company's articles of association, will ask for the adjournment of these two specific items of the agenda.

As soon as the reorganisation and restructuring terms are finalised, the company will inform with a future announcement of the exact day of the publication of the aforementioned financial statements, as soon as possible.
