Konstantinos Lagios Chief Commercial Officer of LYKOS Group

Konstantinos Lagios has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer ( CCO) of LYKOS Group. Konstantinos, hitherto CEO of INFORM, the Information and Document Management Division of LYKOS Group, will assume responsibility for all Commercial activities of the Group with annual sales that exceed 120 mio euros in 40 countries and will be reporting to the Group CEO.

The role of the Group CCO is to ensure the achievement of commercial targets in terms of Sales and Gross Profit for both Group Divisions, AUSTRIACARD and INFORM. The Group CCO is responsible, in cooperation with the MDs and Commercial Directors of each Group's Company, to develop and execute the business strategies in accordance to the Group's strategic targets. In this context the Group CCO is also assigned the responsibility of creating and developing a Marketing and External Communications Department for the Group. As Panagiotis Spyropoulos, Group CEO, stated “with the new position of Group CCO our objective is to leverage business opportunities in parallel for both Divisions in each market that the Group is present.
