The Management of “Hellenic Fabrics S.A.”, following the announcement of 31^st of March 2014, announces that a Balance Sheet restructuring programme is still under way in cooperation with the lending Banks, which has not been completed yet.  It was, therefore, not feasible to complete and publish the Annual Financial Report of FY2013, as well as the interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2014.  As soon as the reorganisation and restructuring terms are finalised, the company will inform with a future announcement of the exact day of the publication of the aforementioned financial statements, as soon as possible and in any case before its Annual Shareholders Assembly
